We never had a glass replaced on our window panel before.. but for this business to give us our window panel back dirty and still rust on the bottom of the frame, Atleast warn us. We would of cleaned it before handing it to a" professional"! .

The quality of the windows are perfect but when I gave a measurement they didn't listen they wrote the wrong size down but they're quick to blame the customer but not for their mistakes and not taking credit for their screw up. I should have known that it was a bad business when they give me a price of $1,000 for each window I ordered two of them and it ended up costing me $1,300 a piece when the price was guaranteed and I spoke with the owner and then all he says is I don't remember talking to you so I think he he might have beginning stage of Alzheimer's because he can't remember too well. And the only reason why I'm giving two stars is for the window the remaining that they would have received would have been for their business but poorly ran I don't care if he's been in business for 30 years he just doesn't care about the customers and that's bad business
